How to get a plane ticket?

A ticket will be sent to your email within two hours from the moment it is paid, the ticket will also be stored in “Ticket Archive”. You do not need to exchange a ticket for its paper version, but we would recommend you to print it out and have it with you during the flight.

Can I fly only a part of the route?

No, pursuant to the terms and conditions of all the airlines, the flight must strictly stick to the route indicated during the ticket registration. If you’ve missed one part of the route, the airline automatically cancels all the subsequent parts.

What should a passenger do if his/her first name or last name on a ticket is spelled with an error?

If the sound of a last name/first name is not affected, up to 3 errors in the spelling are permitted. For some destinations more severe requirements may be imposed.

So, we’d recommend you to request for changing the data in the Ticket Archive. Requests are considered within 24 hours. The service may be charged, depending on terms set by an airline.

What documents are required for a flight?

For flights within the country:

  • for adults - passport of a citizen of Ukraine or foreign passport;
  • for children – birth certificate.

For international flights:

  • foreign passport;
  • visa of a destination country;
  • transit visas (for connecting flights).

The validity term of documents must not expire before the date of the return ticket.

The information on current visa regulations, conditions for country crossing, rules for luggage transportation and transit terms should be clarified with relevant official entities.

How to arrange transportation of additional luggage, food or pets?

Make a relevant request in the Ticket Archive. The requests are considered within two hours.

Print out a baggage claim which is sent to you by mail, and present it during the check-in at the airport.

How to cancel a plane ticket?

Make a request for ticket cancellation in the Ticket Archive. If less than 24 hours are left before the departure, please, additionally contact the support service – call the numbers indicated in the ticket.

The requests are considered within 24 hours.

If the amount to be refunded is incomplete, your confirmation may be required.

The rules for refunding the canceled ticket depends on an airline and can range from 5 to 30 banking operational days.

How to change a plane ticket?

Make a request for editing the route in the Ticket Archive. If less than 24 hours are left before the departure, please, additionally contact the support service – call the numbers indicated in the ticket. The requests are considered within 24 hours.

If changes require additional payment, make it on the day of receiving a response.

How do airlines inform on flight canceling or changes?

The information on flight changes will be sent to the email indicated during the ticket registration.

If flight changes are significant, your confirmation will be required.
