Chairperson of the Management Board

With nearly 40 years of experience in the banking industry Gerhard Boesch is a recognized leader and seasoned banker with a strategic approach to management. Mr. Boesch began his career in Austria in 1986 as an economic researcher, subsequently progressing through key positions in the banking sector, including leadership roles in treasury, commercial banking, and trading.

During 2004–2006, he led the global treasury and markets department at Raiffeisen Zentralbank. In 2006, he entered the Ukrainian market as Deputy Chairman of the Board at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, later promoted to First Deputy Chairman in 2010.

Since 2021, serving as the Chairman of the Board at PrivatBank, Gerhard Boesch continues to shape the financial landscape and provide leadership to Ukraine's largest and most trusted state-owned bank, serving over 18 million clients. A graduate of the University of Vienna with a Master's degree in Social and Economic Sciences, Mr. Boesch combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience.

Member of the Management Board (Chief Compliance Officer)

Accomplished leader in the banking industry, with over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles in Ukrainian banks and international financial groups, including the BNP Paribas Group. Possesses expertise in compliance, risk management, anti-money laundering, operational activities, sales, real estate, analytics, and retail sales. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kharkiv National Economic University.

Joined PrivatBank in 2019. Since 2020, has held the position of Chief Compliance Officer, and in November 2022, was appointed a Member of the Board responsible for compliance matters.

Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board (Chief Operations Officer)

IT and Operations Manager with 28 years of international experience, having an expertise in designing target IT architecture and implementing effective, cost-efficient, and high-performing solutions in the banking sector. Skilled in managing people and banking activities in a dynamic and results-oriented manner.

Mr. Kaczmarek joined PrivatBank, the largest state-owned retail bank in Ukraine, in 2019. In 2022, he played a key leadership role for a team of 600 experts during a critical project involving the migration of all IT systems to the cloud within 45 days during wartime.

Member of the Management Board (Chief Corporate and SME Business Officer)

A banker with 22 years of professional experience, out of which 20 years on managerial level, having a background in creating and developing an efficient sales and service business lines for the corporate customers, SMEs, micro customers and private entrepreneurs in subsidiaries of international banking groups in Ukraine: ProCredit Holding, Eurobank and PKO Bank Polski.

He has been working at PrivatBank since 2020 and was appointed as a Member of the Management Board for Small and Medium Business in 2022. Holds responsibility for corporate customers and SMEs, leasing, agri segment and for the merchant acquiring.

Holder of a Master's degree in Banking and diplomas from ALBA Graduate Business School (Athens) and Executive MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.

Member of the Management Board (Chief Retail Business Officer)

Skilled leader in the banking industry with 29 years of experience in senior positions in Ukrainian banks and international financial groups, such as Societe Generale, Piraeus Bank Group, BNP Paribas Group.

He has been working at PrivatBank since 2020. Since September 2022, he has held the position of a Member of the Board, responsible for retail business. Additionally, Mr. Musiyenko is responsible for managing the Bank's regional network, which includes 12 Macroregional Offices with nearly 1200 branches.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA, Kyiv-Mohyla Business School), a specialist diploma in organizational management (National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy"), and a specialist diploma in "Economics and Management in Trade and Public Catering" (Lviv Trade and Economic Institute).

Member of the Management Board (Chief Restructuring and Recovery Officer)

More than 20 years experience and expertise in non-performing loans management and work-out, financial management, strategic planning, and business process optimization in the banking industry. Over the years she held senior executive roles (or Chief Executive Officer, Chief Restructuring and Recovery Officer, Chief Financial Officer roles) at Luminor Bank, Industra Bank, and Reverta (formerly Parex Banka), demonstrating skills in leading the teams, managing and leading non-performing loans, legal and finance divisions, creating and implementing strategies aimed at enhancing financial stability and optimizing banking processes.

Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Latvia and a diploma in banking management from the Latvian Banking College.

Until 2019, she was Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

In 2023, she was appointed as a Member of the Board responsible for restructuring and recovery of non-performing and toxic assets.

Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board (Chief Finance Officer)

An experienced expert with over 28 years of experience working in various managerial positions in the financial sector. Her journey began in 1995 when she entered the banking sector and started her career at JSC "Ukrsotsbank."

She honed her skills and grew as an expert in risk management within international banking groups such as Bank Austria Creditanstalt and HVB, working in group subsidiaries in Ukraine from 2000 to 2007.

Later, she held positions as Deputy Chairman of the Board for Risk Management at JSC "Svedbank" and JSC "KREDO AGRICOLE BANK KIB". In 2012, Larysa joined the UniCredit group in Ukraine and worked as CEO at LLC "UniCreditLeasing."

Since 2018, Larysa has successfully served as a Member of the Management Board responsible for risk management (CRO) at JSC "PrivatBank."

Larysa is a graduate of the Kyiv State Economic University and holds an MBA degree from the International Management Institute IMI in Kyiv, highlighting her high level of qualifications and readiness to tackle challenges in the financial sector.
