“Business Reputation Dossier” in “Privat24 for Business”

This service will help you to assess all risks of cooperation with your counterparties.

In “Privat24 for Business” you can view and monitor the following information:

  • changes in the Unified State Register (change of name, ultimate beneficial owner, authorized persons, registration status, types of activities);
  • legal cases;
  • relevant registration data;
  • sanctions;
  • prohibitions to participate in tenders;
  • property rights and encumbrances;
  • financial statements;
  • obtained licenses;
  • credit history of your own enterprise;
  • SME scoring based on open data sources;
  • bankruptcy;
  • tax-related data;
  • enforcement proceedings;
  • real estate objects;
  • vehicles.

The service is provided by PrivatBank partner - the Ukrainian Credit History Bureau.

Assess the financial condition of a counterparty, its payment discipline and ability to fulfill financial obligations.

Make sure that a counterparty has required licenses, permits and certificates to perform relevant activities. Check their validity and legality.

Legal cases

Find out if a counterparty has records of lawsuits, legal cases, bankruptcy or is engaged in any illegal activities.
